Balda

Balda was founded in 1908 in Laubegast (near Dresden, Germany) by Max Baldeweg. The brand started out with the production of shutters, film cassettes and self timers. Balda also made a range of good, middle-priced folding cameras during many years. In the seventies, Japanese brands took over the photography market and production was stopped.
