Retro Soviet Zenit 3M SLR-camera
The Zenit 3M is a 35mm slr camera made by KMZ in the former Soviet Union. ‘Zenit’ means: a point in the sky that appears directly above the observer.
This one is in very good condition. Hardly used. A condition. See pictures.
Film transport good. Shutter speeds seem accurate. We didn’t test the exposure meter; we recommend using a separate light meter with all our analogue SLR camera sets. Back closes at it should. Inside neat. Shutter curtain light proof. The self-timer no longer works.
The Helios-44 2.0/58mm lens is also in good and usable condition. Glass is clear and scratch free. Diaphragm works. Focuses smoothly. Some dust, this is normal for this lens type.
Comes with:
- Original 3M Zenit leather camera bag
- Lens cap
- Tripod thread adapter
Other info:
- Suitable for 35mm film rolls
- Produced between 1962 and 1970 with an edition of 781,678 pieces.
