Honestly, we do not exactly know what this bellows combination was meant to do. The bellows are numbered Leitz 16588 and they are in reasonably good condition; rail runs smootly. As far as we can tell it is light proof.
The attachment has an adjustable lens opening with a hole on one side and a focusing screen on the other side with a little hole in it. The meaning behind this? Who knows…!
