You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without any given reason. In order to use your right as a customer you can contact us on info@dewitcameras.com or fill in the contact form. Please read the return policy following:
Pakket retourneren
Is the reason of your return our mistake? In that case, we will provide a return label by email! If you wish to return an item for other reasons, the shipping costs are for your own account. Use the following address:

After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send back the parcel. Please make sure to send the product including all delivered extras and -if possible- in the original condition and packaging. The risk of shipping and the costs of the return shipment are for you as a buyer. Please make sure to keep your parcel tracking code! De Wit Cameras recommends adding an extra insurance when sending valuable items.

In Holland:
You will receive the full purchase amount including shipping. Merely the costs of the return shipping are for your own account (unless the reason for the return is a mistake made by us, in that case we will of course refund them as well). Check the exact return shipping rates at your postal company.
Outside the Netherlands:
After we have received and inspected the item, the purchase amount of the item itself will be credited to you. All of the shipping costs that were made are for your own account (unless the reason for return is a mistake made by us, in that case we will of course credit those, too). Check the exact return shipping rates at your postal company.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have used a payment service on which a commission is charged, such as PayPal or credit card, we will not reimburse these costs. You have the option to pay free of charge via, for example, IDeal or direct bank transfer.
Terms and conditions of product returns:
- Indien u een gebrek constateert dat niet in de product-omschrijving vermeld staat, stel ons dan eerst op de hoogte, en probeer dit niet zelf te repareren.
- Onvoldoende of niet gefrankeerde retourzendingen worden door ons niet aangenomen.
- Beschadigingen door toedoen van de koper worden niet vergoed.
- Losse Rollei reparatieonderdelen kunnen niet geretourneerd worden (dit staat bij de betreffende producten vermeld).
Indien niet aan onze ruil- en retour-voorwaarden is voldaan dan behouden wij ons het recht voor om zendingen aan u terug te sturen en u de verzendkosten in rekening te brengen.
Retouren buiten 14 dagen na ontvangst?
Wij nemen helaas geen producten meer retour, die niet binnen 14 dagen bij ons zijn aangemeld voor retour en daarna binnen 14 dagen zijn verzonden. Omdat onze analoge fotoapparatuur gemiddeld 80 tot 20 jaar oud is kunnen wij géén garantie geven op de werking na de inspectieperiode. Wij wijken hiermee af van de reguliere webshops die nieuwe producten verkopen. Bekijk ook: Garantiebepalingen
