Shipping within the Netherlands with PostNL/MyParcel

Free shipping inside Holland! 🙂

You can follow your order through Track & Trace. The minimum order amount is € 50,-.

Shipping to Belgium and Germany with PostNL/MyParcel

Parcel Belgium + Germany

Normal shipping costs to Belgium and Germany are € 11,-. It doesn’t matter if the package fits through the mail box or not. The parcel has maximum measurements of 100 x 70 x 58 cm and weighs 23 kg maximum. Your package will be insured for a value up to € 500,- and you can follow your order with track&trace.

Parcel Extra Belgium + Germany

If the value of your items is higher than € 500,- the shipping costs for parcels to Belgium and Holland are € 28,-. The maximum size of the package is 100 x 50 x 50 cm. Your items are insured for their total value and you can follow your parcel via a ‘track&trace’ online tracing code.

Shipping to the rest of Europe with PostNL/MyParcel

Envelop parcel Europe

If the item is small enough we can ship it in an envelop with track&trace. The costs are € 12,50. The maximum measurements of an envelop parcel are 38 × 26,5 × 3,2 cm and the maximum weight is 2 kg. You can follow your order with track&trace. The envelop parcel is insured for a maximum value of € 50,-.

Parcel Europe

Normal shipping costs for European parcels are € 18,-. The parcel has maximum measurements of 100 x 70 x 58 cm and weighs 23 kg maximum. Your package will be insured for a value up to € 500,- and you can follow your order with track&trace.

Parcel Extra Europe

If the value of your items is higher than € 500,- the shipping costs for parcels to Europe are € 28,-. Your items are insured for their total value and you can follow your parcel via a ‘track&trace’ online tracing code.

Shipping time

We try our very best to ship your order as soon as possible with PostNL/MyParcel. Usually this happens on the same day as the order, or the day after. Because it is ‘just’ two of us here, it can sometimes take a day longer to pack and send everything; we thank you for your understanding and patience.

Shipping time Holland

Normally, you will receive your parcel the next working day (in Holland). You will get an e-mail message from the carrier with the tracking code, so that you can trace your parcel online. Please note that shipping can take longer on holidays and in extreme situations such as the corona crisis.

Shipping time Europe

Normally, parcels to European countries will be delivered within 2-5 working days. You will get an e-mail message from the carrier with the tracking code, so that you can trace your parcel online. Please note that shipping can take longer on holidays and in extreme situations such as the corona crisis.

Shipping time outside Europe (World)

Normally, parcels outside of Europe will be delivered within 5-10 working days. This is different for each country and also depends on the handling time of local customs. Unfortunately, this is not something we have any influence on. You will get an e-mail message from the carrier with the tracking code, so that you can trace your parcel online. Please note that shipping can take longer on holidays and in extreme situations such as the corona crisis.

Parcel loss or damage

Parcels getting lost

You can follow your parcel by using the tracking code provided to you by PostNL. Luckily, we have very little experience with parcels getting lost!

Whenever we send an order with PostNL/Myparcel the package is insured in case of damage, loss or theft. In case of calamities, an internal investigation will be started by PostNL. Please bear in mind that it can take them quite some time to finish their investigation! In case there is a compensation, we will pay that out to you as soon as possible.

Damaged parcels

Luckily, we have very little experience with parcels getting damaged during transport!

In case your parcel has arrived damaged, do not try to fix this yourself and inform us first. Whenever we send an order with PostNL/Myparcel, the package is insured for damages. In case of calamities, an internal investigation will be started by PostNL. Please bear in mind that it can take them quite some time to finish their investigation! In case there is a compensation, we will pay that out to you as soon as possible.

Limitations to our shipping area

Dewitcameras.com ships worldwide. Exceptions are countries that have embargo’s by EU or WTO. We reserve the right to refuse orders and/or shipments.
